What can I do when a product is hard to find in the UAE?

Ask nearby shops now

The answer

Send a photo and any code printed on the item to many shops at once. Uncommon products and older models are usually held by one specialist nearby, and a single FindHub request reaches every registered shop in your area, so the one that has it can reply with a price.

People give up when the first two shops say no. The item is often in stock somewhere close, but no one knows where. Asking all registered shops at once, with a clear photo and the part or model number, is the fastest way to find the one that has it.

Step by step

  1. Take a clear photo of the item and its label.
  2. Write the brand, model and any number printed on it.
  3. Send to all shops within a wider distance, for example 25 km.
  4. Wait for replies; shops reply during their opening hours.
  5. Ask the replying shop to confirm it is in stock.

Tips

  • Widen the distance if nobody replies.
  • Accept compatible alternatives if the original is rare.
  • Check "Also contacted" to see who was asked.
