Customer account (FindHub website and app)
Option 1: delete it yourself, right now
- Open https://findhub.app/delete-account/manage and sign in with the account you want to delete (mobile code, email or Google, Facebook, Apple sign-in).
- Press Delete my account and confirm.
Option 2: cannot sign in? Ask us
Email info@findhub.ae with the subject "Account deletion request" and the mobile number or email address of the account. We confirm it is you (a code to your mobile number or email) and then delete it.
Shop account (FindHub Seller app and business.findhub.app)
A shop owner (or the person who registered the shop) can ask for the shop account to be deleted:
- Email info@findhub.ae with the subject "Account deletion request", the shop name and the registered mobile number.
- Or send a WhatsApp message from the registered mobile number: +971 6 534 2533.
- Or call 800 3463 482 (free in the UAE).
We confirm ownership by sending a code to the registered mobile number. Staff accounts added by a shop owner are removed together with the shop.
What is deleted and what is kept

How long it takes
Self-service deletion of a customer account is done immediately. Requests sent by email, phone or WhatsApp are verified and completed within 30 days. You can ask us for confirmation by email once it is done.
Deleting an account cannot be undone. If you only want fewer notifications, change them in the app instead.

هذه الصفحة الرسمية لشركة FindHub IT Solutions FZC لحذف حساب العميل (الموقع والتطبيق) أو حساب المحل في تطبيق FindHub Seller والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به.
حساب العميل
الخيار الأول: احذفه بنفسك فوراً. افتح https://findhub.app/delete-account/manage وسجّل الدخول بالحساب المراد حذفه، ثم اضغط «Delete my account» وأكّد.
الخيار الثاني: لا تستطيع تسجيل الدخول؟ راسلنا على info@findhub.ae بعنوان «Account deletion request» مع رقم الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني للحساب. نتأكد أنك صاحب الحساب برمز يصلك ثم نحذفه.
حساب المحل (تطبيق FindHub Seller)
راسلنا على info@findhub.ae مع اسم المحل ورقم الجوال المسجل، أو عبر واتساب من الرقم المسجل: +971 6 534 2533، أو اتصل على 800 3463 482. نتأكد من الملكية برمز يصل إلى الجوال المسجل، وتُحذف حسابات الموظفين مع المحل.
ماذا يُحذف وماذا قد يُحتفظ به
يُحذف: الملف الشخصي (الاسم والبريد ورقم الجوال)، العناوين المحفوظة، إعدادات الإشعارات، رموز الأجهزة، جلسات الدخول، وللمحلات: ملف المحل والشعار والفروع وبيانات التواصل وحسابات الموظفين وسجل الردود والمحادثات. قد يُحتفظ به: السجلات التي يلزمنا حفظها لأسباب قانونية أو ضريبية أو للدفع أو منع الاحتيال أو النزاعات، ولأقصر مدة يتطلبها القانون.
المدة: حذف حساب العميل بنفسك فوري. الطلبات المرسلة بالبريد أو الهاتف أو واتساب تُنفَّذ خلال 30 يوماً بعد التحقق. لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.
